What we offer
Breath Mastery (Rebirth Breath Therapy)
The Breath and Life Mastery Training is the most complete and profound breathwork training on the market.
In Ibiza we will be giving the Level 1, which is called BALT because it’s all about your own personal process. You will receive 10 1:1 high-quality sessions and go through the whole of your birth script and Rebirth Breath Therapy fundamentals.
Purifiaction Days
The key to real transformation is letting go of old habits and creating new ones. In order to reconnect deeply with ourself, we need to reconnect with our body and Nature. We’ll do this by practicing Purification with the Elements and Energy Mastery: Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Love.
Mind Mastery
Together with the high quality one to one breathwork sessions you will receive; you’ll develop the quality of the observer in yourself and heighten your ability for self-inquiry. Both things together will allow you to unlearn and release all of the information stored in your mind and body, that no longer serves you.
Accomodation Options
A variety of accommodation options for every budget will be given to you on registering, so that you can be near our location and have your privacy, as well as comfort.

There will be a delicious menu for lunch with vegetarian and vegan options available.
How to get to the location
Car pooling with the other students will be available. Our location is 10 minutes away from the gorgeous Benirras beach and half an hour from the airport.

Meet your teachers
Katia Boustani has dedicated her life to healing herself, her community and the World, through the Breath and Love.
With over 30 years of experience in the healing arts, Katia has been recognized as Rebirthing Breath Master and Master Breathwork Trainer by Leonard Orr himself. She spent years in his inner circle, teaching alongside him and aspires through this direct lineage to keep his teachings alive.
She is the founder of Rebirth Breath Therapy and Global Breathing Awareness.
Katia Boustani
Alex is a professional breathwork facilitator and teacher with more than 10 years of experience. He is also a Qi Gong instructor and Kriya Yoga practitioner. With all his years of personal and professional practice, he has become aware of the importance of conscious bodywork and our relationship with the elements for the emotional healing process.
